Orders with delivery addresses outside these regions cannot be accepted.

  • Free shipping applies to EU and Ukraine

4. Delivery Times

All delivery times stated on the Website are non-binding estimates, provided in good faith.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the following expected delivery times apply:

  • Ukraine: usually 3–7 business days after order acceptance

Estimated delivery times indicate the earliest expected delivery date and may vary due to carrier-related factors or force majeure events.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, we will inform you without undue delay.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, any additional shipping or return costs may be charged to the customer.

6. Transfer of Risk

  • For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes only upon physical receipt of the goods
  • For business customers, the risk passes upon handover to the carrier
